How consultations take place:
At the moment, consultations take place remotely. We mainly use the Telegram platform, because it is convenient there to chat, make calls, and exchange additional materials, which sometimes come in handy during consultations. In cases where the connection quality is poor, we use ZOOM. We can also use WhatsApp, but Telegram has a wide range of useful channels (Valeria Sinelnikova’s own channel, various groups and channels by Yulia Shevchenko, and many other useful things that we can share), so by default Telegram is offered to everyone.
We connect at the agreed time via a video call. Video is necessary to explain the material more clearly (for example, to demonstrate the finger method for communicating with the subconscious) and to see how you are doing. A consultation lasts on average from one to two hours. It is not possible to define the time more precisely, because each person has their own individual speaking speed, ability to concentrate, level of preparation, and the scale of the issue being addressed. However, working longer than 2 hours is also not effective, because fatigue sets in.
During the consultation, it is advisable to get settled so that your hands are free and you are comfortable. You can safely sit on a sofa or in a soft armchair, if there is somewhere to place your phone or computer. Make yourself some tea, take a blanket, make yourself comfortable. If you need to pause, feel free to tell the Master. Take care of your comfort and well-being! Give preference to comfortable clothes so that you can feel at ease and at home.
Choose a time and place for the consultation so that you have the opportunity to speak about the issue you signed up for openly and without being disturbed. Masters usually offer a specific time, but it is also possible to adapt—for example, if you can only talk undisturbed on weekday evenings or on weekends. Feel free to tell us about your situation; there will definitely be an opportunity to arrange a consultation at a time that is convenient for you.
Please note that solving the problem may require several consultations. We are interested in helping as quickly as possible, but time is needed both to explore the problem, to apply the techniques, and for the changes themselves. Of course, if we see that the problem is complicated, we also provide, whenever possible, more materials for independent work.
How to prepare for a consultation:
Choose a consultation topic — think about what problem you would like to solve. Focus on it. Prepare answers to the questions the Master will definitely ask you:
- When did you first encounter this problem? What did you see, hear, and feel at that moment? What happened in your life before that?
- How does the problem show up in your life right now? When does it appear more often and when less often? Are there any patterns?
- What will happen when you solve this problem? What will you see, hear, and feel instead of the current experience? Is the result really what you want, or is the problem actually useful to you and serves some important function in your life?
Since the consultation will take place remotely, during the preparation stage also pay attention to technical matters:
- Before the call, choose a quiet room where you can be alone and speak openly about your problems. Ask your loved ones, if possible, not to disturb you. Check the internet connection in the chosen location.
- If you have the option to use headphones, definitely use them! When speaking with headphones, both what you say will be clearer (without unnecessary noise) and you will hear the Master better, and the communication will be higher quality! This is especially important when using techniques, because when focusing on your thoughts and inner experiences, your voice may become quieter, but it is extremely important for the Master to hear everything you say at that moment!
- Plan about ~2 hours for the consultation. The consultation itself may also be shorter, but it would be nice if afterwards you have time to be with yourself, reflect on what was discussed, or simply rest a little.
Notes for more effective work:
Positive changes will come faster if, in addition to consultations, you also work individually:
- Create a notebook or diary for working on yourself.
- Choose a nice notebook, large enough for you to comfortably take notes, and a pen that is pleasant to write with.
- Come up with an inspiring title and write it on the first page—for example, "My Health Book", "My Path to a Happy Life", "Feelings Diary"...
- During the consultation you will work actively and there won’t be time for notes, but after the consultation I invite you to find a moment to reflect on the work done. Write the date in the notebook. Note what question you worked on. What feelings, thoughts, ideas remained after the consultation. What "homework" was given.
- After completing the "homework", обязательно write down the date and what exactly you did. And before the next consultation, review your notes, noting how much has been done, what has changed in feelings and thoughts, and what has remained. We will also start each next consultation with these insights!
Consultation fee:
Ask your chosen Master about the consultation fee. Since the Masters are located in different countries, prices for consultations may vary.
